Residual water has a limit

Retest with correct product
- Use HE detergent at the dose for the load and concentration.
- Keep every compartment below its maximum mark.
- Confirm the washer is level and does not rock.

Escalate leaks or repeated deep water
Arrange service if the cleaned drawer repeatedly holds a deep pool, leaks onto the cabinet, or receives no flush water. A household supply restriction or internal dispenser hose problem may be involved. Do not remove fixed housing panels or probe inlet valves while connected to power.
Model and observation notes
